The following reports are available:

  • Call Volume Report. Track call patterns. When is inbound traffic at its peak? What time of the day, day of the week or month of the year has the highest call volume? Schedule lunches, vacations and even outbound and conference calling around the data provided through this report.

  • Concurrent Call Report. Ensures you have the correct number of call paths. View the number of concurrent calls going on at any given time. You can then allocate voice and personnel resources as cost effectively as possible to accomodate all calls in busy times.

  • Outbound Call Report. View calls by dialed number, calling number, user, date and time. You can use this report to ensure all sales territories are covered by outbound calls, to inspect for internal call abuse, or to serve as a record for billing clients or disputed calls.

  • Call Summary Report. Review inbound traffic to particular numbers to track advertising and call volume by department. Review call patterns by outbound caller I.D. (i.e. sales representatives' prospecting patterns).
