Sour cream in a squeeze bottle is one of those things that just makes sense. You can hold your plate of nachos in one hand and add sour cream with the other, instead of fumbling with a spoon and trying to get the perfect dollop.

Here at Socket, we put a lot of thought into our nachos. We even threw in a piñata to accompany them. And not one of those wimpy piñatas where you pull on strings until candy magically falls out.



We’ve got a soft spot for our local arthouse theater (and customer), Ragtag Cinema, and they could use some help.



Their projector systems are about to go out of date, making it impossible for them to screen the high-profile films that provide the funding for other smaller-budget features.

It was a bit of a shock to see the yard covered in caution tape. And then a bunch of guys and gals in spandex started zooming around on bikes.

It’s not the strangest thing that’s ever happened here, but it’s close.

On September 4th, Socket held the first Columbia Cyclocross Training event on our grounds. About 35 racers came out to practice, including one of our employees, Josh, who asked if he could borrow the lawn on Tuesday evenings. And, well… here we are.
