Congratulations to Paul Einsiedel, Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for October!

Paul is one of our service provisioners, and sorts out the connections to and from our network to make sure new customers get the service they need. He’s also been instrumental in helping to train new service provisioners, as well.

“Paul consistently looks for ways to make us look good to the customer,” said a coworker who nominated him for the award. “And he always treats everyone with respect. He’s an exceptional trainer and has really made me feel welcome here at Socket.”

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, either at home or out on the lake! It’s quite the crew, too – four kids, two grandkids, three dogs, two cats and a peacock (no word on whether the cats and peacock enjoy boating too). They also enjoy taking side trips back up to Wisconsin, when they’re not swimming or fishing.

“The best part about working at Socket is really working as a team with all my coworkers,” said Paul. “It’s a great place to learn and grow.”
