This month, we picked Jeff Gray, programmer/analyst.
 
He joined the Socket team two years ago and builds all kinds of really cool behind-the-scenes tools that help the rest of us do our jobs.
 
Lately, he's been working hard on Socket's new Fax to Email service, as well as a tool (we call it the Raptor) to help us keep in touch with the nice folks we meet at events throughout Missouri.
 
"Always willing to help, Jeff never says something can’t be done," said a co-worker who nominated him for the award. "He will find a way. And he has. He makes a difference."
 
Jeff is originally from Lebanon, Missouri. He and his girlfriend, Jennifer, like to travel. Their most recent journeys took them to Nashville, TN and Broken Arrow, OK. He also likes playing video games and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals.
 
He says this is going to be the year the Cards win it all. We hope he's right.
