Every month, Socket employees nominate and vote on a co-worker who best exemplifies our Core Values and Beliefs.
 
This month, we picked Dave Sill, inside network operations manager.
 
Dave's been around here since January 1999 (all the way back before Y2K!). So he's been involved with everything from splicing fiber to writing software.
 
Currently, we've got him managing our servers--email, hosting, authentication, etc. And our internal equipment and environmental systems (read: "air conditioners"). And our security systems.
 
Yeah, Dave's pretty involved around here. And he knows a lot of stuff.
 
"You can go to Dave with just about anything and he knows the solution," said a co-worker who nominated him for the award.
