Congratulations, Danielle, You Make the Difference!

 

Congratulations to Danielle, Service Delivery Coordinator, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for May!

Danielle is our non-emergency (and let’s be honest, occasional emergency) dispatcher, making sure our agents and installers all end up where they need to be with enough time to actually get there. As she puts it, she spends most days playing Tetris – but with people and job requests instead of blocks.

“Danielle is always working to help with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor,” said a coworker who nominated her for the award. “She’s not afraid to be honest, and will do whatever it takes to get things done.”

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys karaoke, pool, and whatever hobby she’s currently giving a try. Last time she won, it was “sassy cross-stitching” – this year, she’s trying out wood carving and has recently joined a bowling league. Luckily, she’s also a big fan of puzzle games.

“Call me crazy, but the chaotic moments of my job are the best part for me,” said Danielle. “It’s just like solving puzzles.”
