Congratulations to Dawn Cole, Service Delivery Coordinator, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference award winner for February!

Dawn originally started in our tech support department, where she won her first YMTD award back in 2016. She's now a part of our business team, responsible for coordinating the delivery of fiber services to new business customers and ensuring their installations run smoothly.

“My background is in telecommunications," said Dawn, “so Socket seemed like a great place to expand my knowledge, given the opportunity!"

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children, who love fishing and baseball. They've also recently introduced a new "fur baby" to the mix - a six-month-old German Shepard named Chief - who is getting plenty of walks and attention.

"Besides the great coworkers I have, I really enjoy being able to deliver fiber to customers," said Dawn. "To hear the excitement in their voices, knowing we truly have the best team in the industry to get the job done professionally, correctly and as fast as possible, is a great feeling."
