Congratulations to Matt Fox, Technical Support Agent, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference Award winner for April!

After hearing about the job from some friends who worked at Socket, Matt decided to apply for the position, where he helps customers set up, manage and troubleshoot their service. He’s been with Socket for just over half a year, but he’s already made quite the impression on his fellow techs and support agents.

“Matt is always so willing and happy to help out when needed,” said a coworker who nominated him. “His patience is so appreciated, and he never makes you feel like a burden for needing his time.”

Outside of work, Matt enjoys both playing and designing games, tinkering with electronics (including modifications to old Gameboy systems), playing Magic: the Gathering, and spending time with his girlfriend Emily (and their two cats, Spud & Muffin).

“The best thing about Socket is that there’s always something new to pick up,” said Matt. “I enjoy being in a constant learning environment.”
