Congratulations to Cody Pittman, Business Analyst, on being named Socket’s You-Make-The-Difference award winner for February!

Cody applied to work at Socket about two years ago, when he was in between jobs. Cody had some experience working in telecom, and was hired as a Residential T1 tech. Since then, he has moved up the ladder and is now a Business Tier 2 Analyst. Cody says that although his job can be frustrating, it is mostly rewarding. “There is a great sense of accomplishment when solving a problem for a customer”, Cody says, “Finding the solution to problems gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling”.

When Cody is not at Socket, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and whatever else the weather allows with his significant other. They also enjoy playing online games with their friends and occasionally play guitars and make music together.

“For our customers, Cody never leaves any stone unturned. He is ready and willing to help anyone regardless if they are a Socket employee or customer and is thorough in making sure every issue is fixed- not just resolved,” said a Socket employee who nominated him.

When asked what his favorite part about working at Socket is, Cody said he has never had a job that has fostered as much personal and professional growth as Socket. He also values the overall sense of family that Socket provides. “I have made many friends at Socket that I can see myself being friends with for many years to come.”
