Thirty-three bags of trash.

That’s what we picked up off the sides of Clark Lane during our Adopt-A-Spot quarterly clean-up. Thirty-three bagfuls, two shopping carts, and a few assorted car parts. Plus a few objects we couldn’t guess (is it a helmet? A basin? The top of a vacuum?)

We were happy to once again sponsor the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure in Columbia, MO. Nearly 2,850 participants attended, raising over $300,000 to aid in the fight against breast cancer.

The winner of the timed race was Neville Miller who completed the 5K run in 16:51! It was pretty impressive.
