After first interviewing with Socket, Joe was certain that it was the place he wanted to work. Now Joe is a part of a goal-oriented Field Services team that works together on troubleshooting or delivering services.

After graduating from college, a teacher told Josh that Socket was hiring. A few weeks later, he landed the position. Now he's a Service Delivery Specialist who does all he can to help our customers.

After a friend led Gary to apply, he now helps business customers get connected to fiber for their internet and voice services.

Antoinette has been a valuable asset to Socket for almost two years and manages both residential tech support and customer service specialists.

After hearing about the job from some friends who worked at Socket, Matt decided to apply for the position, where he helps customers set up, manage and troubleshoot their service.
